Terms and Conditions
General service terms, architectural engineering scope, and hardware warranty conditions.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all proposals, architectural engineering schedules, hardware procurement, on-site commissioning, and ongoing maintenance services provided by Lumi Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Lumi") to clients, project owners, architects, and contractors.
2. Engineering Specifications & Commissioning
All technology installations (including KNX, DALI-2, structured cabling, audio visual distribution, and security access) are executed according to approved Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and shop drawings prepared during project engineering. Any alterations to architectural floor plans or electrical layouts must be signed off prior to panel assembly.
3. Hardware Warranty & Certified Protocols
- Original Manufacturer Warranty: All hardware brands (Lumi, Escult, LocPro, Tremblay, BigSense, zmote, RivoKontrol, DomoGenie) carry standard manufacturer replacement warranties ranging from 2 to 5 years against electronic defects.
- Workmanship Guarantee: Lumi provides comprehensive installation craftsmanship guarantees covering all ELV terminations, panel wiring, and signal continuity.
4. Client Support & Maintenance Programs
Post-handover, clients receive dedicated remote technical diagnostics and preventative maintenance coverage. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available to ensure lifetime system upgrades, calibration of motorized shading, and seasonal circadian lighting adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom firmware scripts, logic configurations, UI layouts, and architectural schematics designed by Lumi remain the intellectual property of Lumi Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
